While your medical team focuses on your clinical care, your doula focuses on you: your comfort, your questions, your preferences, and your experience.
A trained doula brings knowledge of the physiology of birth, labor positioning, and practical techniques that can encourage labor progress and promote comfort. Through intentional movement, positioning, counterpressure, and other hands-on comfort measures, your doula helps you work with your body and navigate the changing demands of labor. These tools can be adapted to your individual needs and preferences, supporting you as you pursue the birth experience you desire.
A doula also provides education, encouragement, and support for your birth partner, helping you navigate decisions and work together with confidence.
A doula doesn't replace your husband or your medical team. She comes alongside them, offering knowledge, practical assistance, and a steady presence as you welcome your baby.

This complimentary 30-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to get acquainted, discuss your hopes and preferences for birth, and explore what doula support could look like for you and your family.
You're welcome to ask questions about my experience, philosophy, services, and approach to birth. We'll discuss what matters most to you and determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
There's no pressure or obligation to book—just a relaxed conversation to connect, ask questions, and explore your options.
Prenatal Support & Labor Deposit
$500 | Initial Booking & Prenatal Support
Reserve your place on my birth calendar and begin preparing for your birth with personalized, compassionate support.
Your deposit includes two prenatal appointments where we'll discuss your hopes, preferences, and concerns surrounding birth, develop your birth plan, explore comfort measures and labor positions, and prepare for the unexpected as well as the anticipated.
These visits provide an opportunity to ask questions, build trust, and establish a foundation of familiarity before labor begins.
Your $500 deposit secures my availability for your birth and is applied toward your total doula support package.
Remaining balance: $750, due before delivery.

Labor & Delivery Support — Remaining Balance
$750 | Labor, Birth & Postpartum Support
The remaining balance of your doula package covers continuous, compassionate support throughout labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period.
From the time you need me during active labor through the arrival of your baby, I provide personalized physical, emotional, and informational support. This may include hands-on comfort measures, counterpressure, massage, labor positioning, breathing techniques, encouragement, and guidance as you navigate decisions about your care.
I also offer support for your birth partner, helping you work together with confidence and providing a steady, reassuring presence as your labor unfolds.
Following delivery, I'll remain with you during the immediate postpartum period to encourage bonding, skin-to-skin contact, and early breastfeeding, including lactation guidance with positioning and latch.
Your package also includes one postpartum processing visit, providing an opportunity to reflect on your birth experience, discuss questions or concerns, and receive additional breastfeeding guidance as needed.
This $750 payment completes your $1,250 Birth Doula Support Package, including your two prenatal appointments, continuous labor and delivery support, and one postpartum visit.
